Terms and Disclaimers

Academy fees do not include airline tickets; passport and, if applicable, visa fees; entry or departure fees; personal gratuities; laundry or dry cleaning; excursions not specifically included beverages and meals not listed as included in Academy promotional materials or on the Academy website; travel insurance; or any items of a strictly personal nature.

The Adria Music Academy reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any participant or guest who, in the judgment of the Academy's officers, is unfit for travel or whose physical or mental condition may constitute a danger to themselves or others during the Academy.

Participants requiring special assistance, including but not limited to those who permanently or periodically use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by a person who is fully capable of providing such assistance and who assumes full responsibility for doing so at no cost to the Academy.

The $100 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
A 75% refund of tuition is available for written cancellations recieved on or before May 1, 2026
No refnds will be issues after May 1,2026

The Academy strongly recommends that participants obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. The Academy does not endorse any specific insurance provider. Suggested providers include:

From time to time, the Adria Music Academy and its partners may obtain photographic, video, or audio recordings of participants and guests engaged in Academy-related activities. By attending or participating in the Academy, participants grant permission to the Adria Music Academy and its partners to use such images and recordings, including voice recordings, without compensation, for marketing, promotional, educational, or publicity purposes.

The Adria Music Academy and its partners do not own or operate transportation providers, accommodations, or other service entities related to the Academy and act solely as agents for independent suppliers. All such suppliers are independent contractors.

The Academy and its partners are not liable for negligence, willful misconduct, delays, missed connections, loss, injury, death, property damage, mechanical failure, substitutions of accommodations or transportation, or additional expenses arising from such circumstances.

Program dates, faculty, housing, schedules, and costs are subject to change. While no changes are anticipated, the Academy reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary, with any additional expenses borne by the participant.

Participants are solely responsible for their baggage and personal effects at all times. If the Academy program is canceled in its entirety, participants shall have no claim other than a refund in accordance with the Academy's refund policy.

By submitting payment, participants certify that they have no physical, mental, or other condition that would pose a hazard to themselves or others and agree to all terms set forth herein and in pre-departure materials.

Participants are encouraged to review travel advisories issued by the U.S. Department of State and health guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). By engaging in international travel, participants voluntarily assume all risks, whether expected or unexpected.

Participants are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for travel disruptions, illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events.

The Adria Music Academy and its partners are not responsible for changes in flight schedules or fares, airline or lodging bankruptcies, lost or damaged baggage, delays, injuries, inconveniences, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, or any circumstances beyond the Academy's control.

The Academy reserves the right to substitute accommodations of comparable quality and to decline or dismiss any participant whose health, conduct, or behavior interferes with the functioning of the Academy or the welfare of others. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the program.

Participants assume full responsibility for verifying passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements, as well as for personal safety and security during the Academy. The Academy shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in Academy activities.

These Terms and Disclaimers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising in connection with participation in the Adria Music Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro.
