Application Details
Applications are now open for a limited number of participants. We encourage interested students to apply early, as enrollment is intentionally kept small to ensure personalized instruction and a supportive artistic community.
We look forward to welcoming motivated young musicians to Kotor for a meaningful summer of music-making, collaboration, and growth.
Important Notice
The Academy reserves the right to adjust faculty, schedule, housing, or programming as necessary. Any changes will be made with the highest regard for educational quality and participant experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
If written notice of withdrawal is received on or before May 1, 2026, families are eligible for a 75% refund of tuition. After May 1, 2026, tuition is non-refundable. The $100 application fee is non-refundable at all times.
Due to the fixed costs of operating a boutique program (housing, faculty, venues), the Academy must adhere to its stated refund policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend booking airfare after acceptance and once tuition has been paid. This timing helps ensure plans align with confirmed participation.
No. Airfare and travel to/from Kotor are not included in tuition and are the responsibility of the family.
Yes. Accepted students will receive detailed travel guidance, including recommended arrival/departure windows and local transportation information, to ensure a smooth and safe transition.
